Liltian
The diminutive plant-like liltians can be found all over Terra. While there are a few dominions which are ruled by liltian, it is far more common for liltians to be integrated into the principalities of other races. The kingdom of Doma is perhaps the most famous liltian nations, as they were the first nation attacked by the then-new Garlmande Imperium and ground the legions' advance to a standstill until the civilians fled with the help of lunar merchants. Though Doma eventually fell and was razed to the foundations as an example to other potential conquests, the astera-led Knights of Doma exacted a great price in Garlmandean blood, costing the Imperium five years while legions were rebuilt. The 'Saga of Knight Cayenne' is the most widely known telling of Doma's fall.There are three distinct kinds of liltian; the martial astera, the studious ataru, and the clever alafel.
The proud astera liltians are known for their fierce demeanour and thistle-like blossoms atop their head. The ataru are better known as sages and magicians, with a variety of flower-like blossoms where mammals would have hair. Lastly, the alafel are hardy tricksters, with tough skin and flowers resembling those of succulents.
Liltian Traits
- Ability Score Increase: Your Constitution score increases by 1.
- Age: Liltians mature as quickly as humans do, and live about as long.
- Alignment: Liltians have no particular tendency towards any alignment.
- Size: Liltians stand between 2' and 3'6" tall. Your size is Small.
- Base speed: Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
- Titania's Child: You have resistance to poison damage.
- Langauges: You can speak, read, and write both Liltian and Common.
- Subraces: There are three main kinds of lilitian; astera, ataru, and alafel. Choose one of these subraces.
Astera
- Ability Score Increase: Your Strength score increases by 2.
- Armored Mobility: Your speed is not reduced by wearing heavy armor. You are also proficient with heavy armor.
- Martial Prowess: Choose one martial weapon. If you do not have proficiency with it, you gain proficiency with that weapon. If you already have proficiency with that weapon, gain a +2 bonus to attacks with that weapon.
Ataru
- Ability Score Increase: Your Intelligence score increases by 2.
- Natural Scholarship: Pick two of the following skills; Arcana, History, Medicine, Nature, or Religion. Your are proficient with those skills.
Alafell
- Ability Score Increase: Your Dexterity score increases by 2.
- Darkvision: You are able to see 60 feet in dim light, though you cannot distinguish colors when doing so.
- Innate Dexterousness: Pick one of the following skills: Acrobatics, Sleight of Hand, or Stealth. You have proficiency in that skill.
